How We Started
Toward Shift began with a simple observation: international buyers interested in Istrian properties often struggled to find reliable, transparent guidance. The market was fragmented. Information was hard to verify. Language barriers created confusion. Legal processes felt intimidating.
Our founder, after personally navigating the complexities of purchasing Croatian property, recognized an opportunity to create something better. Not just another real estate agency, but a service built specifically for international clients who needed local expertise combined with clear, straightforward communication.
We launched in 2018 with one office in Pula and a commitment to doing business differently. Instead of maximizing transaction volume, we focused on successful outcomes.
