About Our Office

Our Pula office serves as the headquarters for all Istrian operations. Located in the historic city center, we're easily accessible for clients visiting from anywhere in the region.

The office includes a private consultation room where we meet with clients to discuss their needs, review properties, and handle transaction details. Street parking is available nearby, and the location is well-connected by public transportation.

Finding Us

From Pula city center, head toward the Roman amphitheater. Our street, Ulica Svetog Polikarpa, runs parallel to the main pedestrian zone. Look for a traditional stone building with green shutters—we're on the ground floor with clear signage.

If arriving by car from the highway, take the Pula exit and follow signs toward the city center. Parking is available at the nearby Forum parking structure, approximately 200 meters from our office.

Before You Contact Us

These frequently asked questions might address your immediate concerns.

While walk-ins are welcome during office hours, we recommend scheduling an appointment. This ensures the appropriate team member is available and we've allocated sufficient time for a thorough discussion. You can request an appointment via email.

We respond to all email inquiries within one business day, usually sooner. During peak summer months, response times may extend slightly, but we always acknowledge receipt of your message and provide a timeline for detailed follow-up.

Absolutely. Many of our clients live abroad and conduct initial consultations remotely. We use video calls for detailed discussions and email for documentation. However, we do recommend visiting properties in person before making purchase decisions.

Share whatever information you're comfortable providing: your general budget range, preferred locations or property types, intended use (residence, vacation home, investment), and your timeline. Even if you're just beginning to explore possibilities, we can provide useful guidance.

Brief introductory conversations are complimentary. Our formal Buyer Consultation & Needs Analysis service, which includes detailed market research and a comprehensive written report, has a fee as listed on our Services page. We'll clarify which level of consultation makes sense for your situation.

Yes. Many successful purchases begin with clients who are planning ahead. Early conversations help you understand the market, refine your criteria, and recognize opportunities when you're ready to move forward. We're happy to work with your timeline.

Visiting Istria

If you're planning a property search trip to Istria, these details might help with your planning.

Best Time to Visit

Late spring (May-June) and early autumn (September-October) offer pleasant weather without peak summer crowds. These periods also coincide with active property market activity. Winter visits are possible but some coastal services operate reduced hours.

Getting to Pula

Pula Airport receives direct flights from major European cities during the tourist season. Year-round, you can fly to Zagreb or Trieste (Italy) and drive to Istria. The peninsula is also accessible by car from Slovenia, Italy, and other parts of Croatia.

Transportation

Renting a car provides the most flexibility for viewing properties across different areas. We can arrange transportation for property viewings if you prefer not to drive. Public buses connect major towns, though schedules may be limited for rural areas.

Where to Stay

Pula, Rovinj, and Poreč offer the widest accommodation choices. For a more comprehensive property search, we suggest staying centrally so you can reach both coastal and interior locations easily. We can recommend accommodations based on your preferences.
